Using an ISO File

  • Download the Windows ISO
  • Use a tool to write the ISO to the USB drive
  • Select the correct USB device
  • Start the writing process
  • Wait for the process to complete

Choosing the Right File System

  • FAT32 — Best compatibility, required for UEFI boot
  • NTFS — Works for larger files, but some systems may not boot from it

After Creating the Bootable USB

  • Restart the computer
  • Enter the boot menu (F12, F2, ESC, or DEL)
  • Select the USB drive
  • Begin Windows installation or repair
