iOS Troubleshooting Hub

Start Here: Quick iPhone & iPad Checks

  • Restart your iPhone or iPad
  • Check your Wi‑Fi or cellular connection
  • Close all open apps
  • Ensure iOS/iPadOS is up to date
  • Check available storage
  • Turn Airplane Mode on, then off

Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth & Cellular Problems

  • Check for carrier updates

App Crashes & Freezing

  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Update the app in the App Store
  • Restart your device
  • Delete and reinstall the app
  • Check for iOS/iPadOS updates
  • Free up storage space

Battery Drain & Charging Issues

  • Use an Apple‑certified charger and cable
  • Check the charging port for dust or debris
  • Lower screen brightness
  • Turn off Background App Refresh
  • Disable Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi when not needed

  • Delete unused apps
