Fixes
1. Re‑sign into your Microsoft account
- Open Settings → Accounts
- Click “Your info”
- Sign out and sign back in
2. Enable Windows Sync
- Settings → Accounts → Windows backup

3. Fix time/date mismatch
- Settings → Time & Language
