    If all apps are affected, the issue is likely the TV itself or internet connection — not the individual app.

  • 3Clear cache and restart the app

    Clearing the app cache removes corrupted temporary files that cause crashes.

    How to clear app cache (Samsung/LG/Android TV):
    • Go to Settings → Apps
    • Find the problem app
    • Select Clear Cache then Clear Data
    • Restart the app

    Is the app up to date?

    Check your TV’s app store for pending updates.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

    Is your TV’s firmware up to date?
