1. Open the Settings app
You can access Settings from the app drawer or by tapping the gear icon in Quick Settings.
2. Go to System settings
Most Android devices place update options inside the System menu.
- Scroll down and tap System.
- Tap System update (or Software update on some devices).
3. Tap “Check for update”
Your phone will search for the latest available update from your manufacturer or carrier.
- Tap Check for update.
- Wait while your phone checks for available updates.

4. Download the update
