RAM Diagnostic Tool
Check whether memory settings, test results, or symptoms point to a possible RAM stability issue.
This tool evaluates the answers you enter. It cannot test your computer directly or confirm which hardware component has failed.
1. What symptoms are you seeing?
Select every symptom that applies.
2. Windows Memory Diagnostic result
To run it in Windows: press Windows + R, type mdsched.exe, then choose “Restart now and check for problems.”
3. RAM configuration
Mixed memory modules or aggressive memory profiles can sometimes cause instability.
4. Memory performance profile
In BIOS/UEFI, this may be called XMP, EXPO, or DOCP.
If you open a desktop computer, power it off, unplug it, and avoid touching internal contacts. If problems continue, a qualified repair technician can help isolate the faulty component.
