3 Run Windows Startup Repair

Startup Repair can fix common boot configuration and system-file problems.

Settings → System → Recovery → Advanced startup → Restart now Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Repair

4 Test Safe Mode

Safe Mode starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services. If it works, a driver, startup app, or recent software change is often responsible.

Hold Shift while selecting Restart Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Restart Press 4 or F4 for Safe Mode
Did Safe Mode work?
If Safe Mode works, remove recently installed drivers or apps and disable nonessential startup programs before restarting normally.
