Common symptoms

Possible causes
- Corrupted NGC folder
- Windows Hello service issues

Fixes
1. Remove and recreate the PIN
- Settings → Accounts → Sign‑in options
- Remove PIN
- Restart
- Add PIN again
2. Reset the NGC folder
Fixes corrupted PIN data.
- Go to:
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC - Delete all files inside
- Reboot and set a new PIN
3. Use password to sign in
